1. Library registers for each class have been issued to all
class teachers for keeping library records.The circulation of liabrary
books is being done properly and books are being exchanged.
2.
Class work note books are being corrected carefully by all the teachers
trying to keep them flawless.Follow up work is being done,parents are being
intimated for the improvement of the children.
3.
Resources like sports material toys etc are being utilized as and when
required.Mini sports meet for the current session has been planned.
4.
Evaluation is being done as per the norms of sangathan.
5.
Children are regularly encouraged to interact with each other in spoken
english classes.Phonetic symbols and pronounciation drill practice boards
have been displayed for the inculcation of proper pronounciation
practice.40 facial expressions of human feelings have been displayed under
CMP.
6.
TLM is being used by teachers as per the requirment of lessons through
activities.
7.
Activity sheets/worksheets are being prepared lesson-wise for each
subject.60 slides of power point presentation related to english poem
prescribed for primary section have been prepared ,they are being
enjoyed by the students.

09 October 2009 was the proposed date for Grand parents day but due to Swine
flue, it has been posponed.However last year a grand Grand parent memorable
day has been observed last year .
9.
Browsing and downloading is being done to prepare powerpoint
presentation,TLM,TAL worksheets etc.
10.
For educational excursion the excursion committee is taking the required
action. The scheduled has been chalked out.
11.
Film show- One round of film show from classes I to V is over. Second round
will start after autumn break.
12.
Students are actively participating in CCA activities.
13.
LCD is being used regularly by all the teachers as per the requirements in
the lessons.
14.
Sports meet will be organised after autumn break. Proposed date is 10-10-09
to 14-10-09.
